Tim at APAforProgress.com has posted an excerpt from a email from the Tammy Duckworth campaign showing "that she was tied with Republican state Sen. Peter Roskam at 40 percent." That's great news -- Duckworth, an Asian American Iraqi War veteran and Democrat, is running for Congress in a traditionally Republican district.
