Thumbs up to APA for Progress for plugging T. J. Cox, a hapa Democrat who's running for Congress in California.
A recent Modesto Bee article notes that the district Cox is running in is 47 percent Republican and 36 percent Democrat. But Cox has won the Fresno and Modesto Bee's endorsement in the race over the Republican incumbent, George Radanovich.
