Barta on Phillip Shinoda's chances in Texas

Writing for DallasBlog.com, Carolyn Barta has a few thoughts about Phillip Shinoda's Texas State House of Representatives race:

District 114 between Republican Rep. Will Hartnett and Democratic challenger Phillip Shinoda. These are two highly educated and capable candidates who have distinct philosophical differences. Shinoda has good support but Preston Hollow remains tough for a Democrat – even one with the DMN endorsement. If there’s a legislative upset, this could be it.
