Inouye votes for immunity for law-breaking telecoms

Shame, shame, shame on Senator Daniel Inouye for joining the Republicans in kicking the rule of law to the curb. Today in the Senate, Inouye voted "Nay" to the Dodd/Feingold amendment to the FISA bill, which would have stripped immunity from telecoms who cooperated with the Bush Administration's illegal warrantless wiretapping program.
Here's the official tally. It's also well worth noting that Barack Obama voted against immunity (thumbs up!) while Hillary Clinton was not present for the vote (thumbs down!).
Remember, my friends. Remember.
